Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of this Discord server and to all digital products and license keys offered and sold through this server or affiliated platforms.

The subject of the contract is exclusively the time-limited provision of digital license keys granting access to a specific product for the agreed duration. No ownership rights, source code, or permanent usage rights are transferred.

Users are required to behave respectfully and in compliance with applicable laws. The distribution of unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, extremist, hateful, or pornographic content is prohibited.

The server team reserves the right to take appropriate moderation measures, including temporary or permanent removal from the server, at its reasonable discretion. There is no entitlement to continued access to the server.

Upon purchase, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited right of use for the purchased product.

The license automatically expires at the end of the purchased period. Extensions or renewals are only granted if explicitly offered.

The user is solely responsible for the manner in which the product is used. The products are provided for general software access purposes only.

The provider does not guarantee compatibility with any specific software environment, third-party services, or platforms. Use of the product may violate third-party terms of service; such use is entirely at the user's own risk.

Any sharing, resale, duplication, or redistribution of products or license keys is prohibited and may result in immediate license termination.

After successful payment, a functional license key will be delivered digitally, usually within one hour. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If a product is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues attributable to us, the affected downtime may be credited at our discretion. Further claims are excluded.

For digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery has begun, provided the user expressly agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Refunds are excluded after delivery, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Voluntary refunds may be granted at our discretion.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

For simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

Liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, account restrictions, or third-party sanctions is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Support is provided voluntarily and without guarantee regarding availability, response times, or success. Support services do not constitute a contractual obligation.

Advertising or unsolicited promotion without prior approval is prohibited and may result in removal from the server.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms for valid reasons. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country remain unaffected.
