Refund Policy

All products offered are digital content provided electronically.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally excluded once delivery has begun.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees that:

• the delivery of digital content begins immediately after payment, and
• they thereby waive their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

As a result, refunds are not possible after delivery.

Refunds will not be granted for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

• dissatisfaction with the product
• incompatibility with specific systems, software, or environments
• misuse or improper use
• account restrictions, bans, or sanctions imposed by third parties
• partial or full usage of the product
• changes in external conditions beyond our control

The use of the product is entirely at the customer's own risk.

Temporary technical issues, maintenance, or downtime do not constitute grounds for a refund.

At our discretion, affected downtime may be credited to the license duration.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of access and permanent exclusion from future purchases.

We reserve the right to contest unjustified disputes with the payment provider.

Any refund granted is purely voluntary and does not establish a legal entitlement for future cases.

This Refund Policy does not affect mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
